Port Light Restaurant is traditional in its furnishings and the home-cooked food it serves. The restaurant is popular with non-residents as well as residents and commands amazing views from its many windows; the stunning sunsets are not to be missed!
Sean and Hazel have been working closely with their chef David Singline since 1997.
The menu at lunchtime differs from the evening menu and both menus have a wide selection of meat and fish dishes from local sources. A children's menu is available both at lunchtime and in the evening. High chairs are provided. Port Light Restaurant is also proud to have its own 'gluten free' menus.
The bar opens at 11:00am every day serving hot and cold drinks including a local real ale.
The sofas by the log burner provide a cosy seating area.
Lunch is served between 12pm and 2pm and the bar then closes in the afternoon to non-residents. The restaurant re-opens at 6:15pm and it is advised that non-residents and residents staying on a B&B basis book in advance.
Our restaurant is very family-friendly and your children are welcome to enjoy our adventure playground whilst you relax over your meal or drinks.
