Whether it be a "quality" Bar Lunch or superb Evening Meal, our cooking has gained a high reputation amongst all our visitors for providing "traditional home-cooked fayre".We have different menu's for both the Lunchtime and evening.

Prime Devon steak, fresh local fish "catches of the day" and home-made specials are all featured on our menu along with tastes of the Mediterranean.




Our fish is bought from local markets and delivered to us straight from the boats. All our meats are locally reared within South Devon, are fully traceable and prepared in our butcher's own facilities.

We have received recognition for Outstanding Inn Food and Service which proves our dedication to cooking and chef David Singline's consistent food quality David has been our chef since 1997.

Our meals are served in either our bar bay window area, the conservatory or our welcoming Dining Room. .

Due to our popularity, we recommend telephone reservations for evening meals during busy holiday periods.

Our bar is fully licensed and is a favourite meeting place for locals and visitors who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. There is a log burner for cosy out-of-season evenings.
